Easy to make and taste amazing!
You Will Need :
8 Large Washed & Dried Apples
4 tbsp Golden Syrup
400g Caster Sugar
1 tsp Vinegar
Put the apples in a large bowl of boiling water (this removes the wax coating).
Dry the apples and removes the stalks. Insert a wooden lolly stick into each apple (stalk end).
Place apples on baking paper.
In a heavy bottomed pan add the caster sugar and 100 ml of water and stir until the sugar dissolves.
Add in the vinegar and golden syrup, stirring until you have toffee.
Carefully dip each apple in the toffee, remove excess, then place back on the baking paper to harden.
